I think that's what this pic is about (though I thought it was two other greek gods that it's referencing, Cause Apollo is the one that brings the daylight, but isn't it another that brings about the night?). With her being see through, that is, seeing the sky behind her, she definitely seems to be bringing morning to Gensokyo.
