Psukusukusu is Aqua's way of laughing mockingly. It's in the novels and anime. The boy has no name, and the artist called the girl Marin
It seems the shit has hit the fan for Marie*FD (formerly Reimu Endou).
A rough summary from the kurosanji subreddit:
Marie (Reimu) made some really catty and condescending remarks about someone being paranoid about Reimu stealing a boyfriend. Marie very heavily implied this was from her time at Niji, and that the person was being paranoid and unreasonable about Reimu flirting with a male coworker.
Bari has come out and said that these statements were not only not true to reality, but that this was the latest in a pattern of harassment, doxxing, rumor spreading, bullying, and other cruelty. Once the clip of Marie talking was found, it was not hard to connect the dots. There is also reason to believe that Reimu's antics involved flirting with one of the male Niji talents, the talent in question likely being Ike, and that this may or may not have contributed to his mental health issues.
Now that Reimu is being called out for being kinda awful, Twisty is now throwing her hat into the ring. This is softly confirming that it was indeed Reimu who leaked her outfit. And in addition, this behavior was normalized to the point of people blaming Twisty. Instead of the person who actually did it.

Does NijiSucki go out of their way to deliberately hire the worst of people?
Based on what I heard, she allegedly acted out at a company party (drinking was involved), was called out on it, and the one who did so became the target of harassment over a span of several years. Kind of went from bad to worse.
Seems to be much about nothing in the end. The type of petty relationship drama that should not have been aired in public. Marie is no saint, but, as far as we know, she isn't on the level of someone like Sinder.
The only real reveal is to why Ike left and that NijiEN management really should be burning in one of the deepest pits of Hell.
