It'd be nice if favgroup limit sizes were increased or removed like how the favorites size limit was removed.

Suggested tags can actually be enabled with custom css, but it's hidden by default because uploaders will just spam these tags without checking if they're correct (which they are often incorrect.)

I'm not too experienced making BURs and want to submit one for renaming multiple characters from a seriess but getting an "invalid line" error for each request and wanted to know if there is a more in depth FAQ for BUR formatting? I've looked at the examples in FAQs and other renaming BURs but still get the invalid line and dont know why or what that is? Sorry and thanks.

Typically, renaming BUR requires the original page to have a wiki page. I think looking at the error notification on these attempt is a good way to tell which steps preventing the BUR from going through, so that you can rectify it before finalizing the BUR.

Definitely unrelated, and the short answer is no
If you want something to be uploaded do it yourself is what it boils down to. Maybe you can try casually asking in the Discord? I don't know I've never been in there. If you're an approver you can post in the Upload Bounty Thread, but that's for artworks that you personally can promise you'll approve (which non-approvers shouldn't be posting in there, because they can't promise anything).

This issue was brought up in topic #31686. Basically twitter changed something with their API which broke Danbooru's extractor. You can pass the direct link to the image, but it won't copy the commentary automatically.
Related to the issue about extracting from Twitter, I want to find posts without commentaries, but why is the metatag commentary:false taking so long time (compared to commentary:true)? Even searching for at most one post (like "id:9200000 commentary:false") can time out.

Because most (recent) posts have commentaries, so it's harder to find the needle in the haystack compared to finding the first 20 results that have a commentary out of the first 20 (all of them). You'll have an easier life using the artist commentary page directly (or has:, see the reply below).

You can use -has:commentary to find posts without commentaries. I don't know why commentary:false doesn't work, it also times out for me always. So you can replace commentary:false with -has:commentary in searches.

Sadly, the artist commentary page only displays posts for which a commentary has been submitted at least once. You may find posts for which commentary was once written but erased, or submitted as empty strings, but cannot find ones for which no commentary was ever submitted (like id:9200000).

But the thing I want uploaded is an entire series and I DEFINITELY don’t have enough stamina to upload and tag all of it.

Nobody's going to do your work for you. You're interested in them, you'll have to be the one to upload them.
Maybe pace yourself, a few uploads a day. You don't have to do it all at once.
Just because some uploaders like myself are insane and try to have every detailed tagged immediately upon upload doesn't mean you have to. Just make sure you hit categories 0 & 1 on the tag checklist at the very least.

It's better to upload them all at once as media assets then slowly publish them as posts cause you never know when the artist's gonna get banned or suddenly starts deleting their art.
