Some Sanrio implications

Just two missing implications for Sanrio, all of its other mascot character series imply it.

Also updating Cinnamoroll posts to add Fuwa Fuwa Cinnamoroll since the series/franchise has multiple characters yet didn't have a copyright tag yet. Lines up with Onegai My Melody.

Edit: To be clear, this isn't changing anything, all of Sanrio's mascot character copyrights already imply Sanrio. This just adds two that don't yet.

Also it's Sugarbunnies without a space. There's posts I'm incapable of manually editing.

I fixed the Sugarbunnies posts I couldn't edit before, so now that line is removed.

Bit of a complicated BUR for My Melody cleanup.

Right now this tag is serving double duty for the Onegai My Melody anime and the entire universe/franchise, similarly to Fuwa Fuwa Cinnamoroll, but unlike that case, there are several various distinct series set in the My Melody universe, thus leaving it impossible to search for the Onegai anime at the moment.

I think it would be a good idea to amend this by establishing an actual umbrella tag here and then allowing the Onegai tag to be just for that anime specifically.

Unfortunately I can't do this all in one BUR because I'll have to change the implication of Onegai My Melody Kirara after this goes through. (┬┬﹏┬┬)

And now a mostly unrelated BUR. Kurumi Nui is Onegai My Melody's human form design for Kuromi, so it should probably imply her main tag. And Baku isn't exclusive to Onegai and is a recurring character, so I feel like the more common (Sanrio) qualifier is better for him.
