create implication daitaku_helios_(fun_fun_party_night)_(umamusume) -> daitaku_helios_(umamusume)
Using titles is consistent with existing official alternate costume tags in my opinion.

Already ran a BUR with the alt title for Special Week, which got rejected in favor of the generic "racing" qualifier. Don't see any reason Daitaku Helios shouldn't use the generic "racing" qualifier either.

Right, but I don't see a good explanation as to why @nonamethanks chose that over the other.

I picked the generic one because I checked both wikis and a quick ctrl+F didn't find any mention of the proposed name. Can you show screenshots of where they're shown? If they're used in promotional material like twitter and in-game then it makes sense to use the official names.

(For others' information, @nonamethanks already saw the examples but for the sake of transparency I'm also posting some of them here)
https://x.com/umamusume_eng/status/1938414523159138736 (T.M. Opera O (O Sole Suo!))
https://x.com/umamusume_eng/status/1940245242500063635 (Mihono Bourbon (MB-19890425))
https://x.com/umamusume_eng/status/1943129344697864480 (Biwa Hayahide (pf. Winning Equation...))
And for all the umamusume implemented in game so far:
https://umamusu.wiki/Game:List_of_Trainees
I think the 'title' works as a unique distinction that is in line with how we tag the other outfits, even if it's still attached to trainees at 1* and 2*.
The community term would be (original), but that seems too vague when "original design" is in play for the pre-release concept art.

Are those costumes specifically only on those (trainee) cards, or can they be found on other cards too? If they aren't, and a given costume could have multiple card titles associated with it, then that would be grounds for rejecting their use in qualifiers and using a more generic qualifier instead.

The outfits the original versions of the trainees wear at 3 stars or above, such as [Special Dreamer] Special Week's outfit (post #6097893) are not used by any other versions of that trainee.
Usually, however, they are the outfits used in the anime.
They appear in some illustrations, including named support card illustrations (continuing the original Special Week theme, post #9656154), but this is not unique to the base costume versions. post #9696894 contains haru urara (first urara saku sakura) (umamusume), for instance.

The bulk update request #46362 (forum #379543) has been approved by @Unbreakable.
I personally would argue for the generic qualifier honestly. I didn't even realize the proposed unique qualifiers were even for the racing outfits in-game and thought they were titles for the characters. I also seriously doubt anyone outside Danbooru calls them that. It'd make more sense to just use "racing" for the qualifier, as opposed to confusing people with a qualifier that only makes sense to a very niche group of people.

Qualifier debate aside, here's another one. I really didn't think it'd be a big deal after the initial deciding BUR, but I guess I was wrong.

Agree that anyone outside of Danbooru would mostly just search for the horsegirls without caring about title qualifiers, By the way, the game allows for a trainee tied to a specific racewear to have a different one from their own alts while keeping the trainee's unique skills:
https://www.reddit.com/r/UmaMusume/comments/1m1cwxu/quick_guide_to_how_alts_work_in_uma/
(For those who don't want to open Reddit, Tokai Teio's Peak Joy trainee is shown to be in Dream Butterfly of Purple Clouds's racewear while her unique skill stay being Sky-High Teio Step of the former.)
Also, do we follow localization from global version or Engrish title from Japan original?
Biwa Hayahide's [pf._Winning_Equation] in JP is [pf.Victory formula...]
Smart Falcon's [LOVE☆4EVER] in JP is [あぶそりゅーと☆LOVE] (absolute☆LOVE)
Winning Ticket's [Get to Winning!] in JP is [Go To Winning!]

Given recent trends, I think it would make far more sense to go with the localized version given that the vast majority of people searching for them would only be familiar with those names as opposed to the originals (though the originals could be made into utility aliases).

Here's another one, for Agnes Tachyon. The favgroup includes some posts that only have her iconic lab coat, which I think makes sense.

And another one for her casual outfit. Or at least, the one listed in her wiki. There's another one that has a turtleneck sweater instead of an off-shoulder sweater, and that should probably be considered a different one.
