Bug? post #9231520 relationships

I parented post #9231520 to a new upload (Pixiv PNG vs Twitter JPG) but it apparently has itself as its child.

Its child post, post #9581198, is banned.

The green row on the top that shows the thumbs nails of the child posts always has the parent (the post you’re currently viewing) on the left end.

Why was post #9581198 banned? Was there anything so wrong with it that it was banned altogether?
