Artist alias self-service thread

This topic is for builders and above to self-approve artist BURs in.

Builders can approve any artist alias or rename for tags with up to 200 posts.

Please use topic #7713 if you're not a builder or if you're not sure about your request and your BUR requires discussion or admin approval.

Most if not all of the works posted to this artist tag come from the shared accounts of an artist duo between "AOLP" (I don't know where the "0" in "a0lp" came from) and "AlbinoCat". Works are signed off with both their names with no distinction between if an art is drawn by one of them or both, so I'm moving to alias the tag to the shared account name. Similar situation to Niliu Chahui and Obiwan.

Create separate artist tags if you find and/or upload posts that distinctly belong to either one of them.
