The Monika problem

So, Monika Weisswind's tags are in a bit of a mess. Some tags are qualified with Granblue Fantasy, while others are not. Here's the current list of tags for her:

• Monika Weisswind (Magical Girl)
• Monika Weisswind (Swimsuit) (Granblue Fantasy)
• Monika Weisswind (New Year)
• Monika Weisswind (Valentine) (Granblue Fantasy)

If you look at the magical girl tag and the Valentine tag, they're actually the same magical girl costume. I don't know what to do with the swimsuit tag, but at the very least the costume qualifier should be "summer" rather than "swimsuit" to be consistent with other granblue characters' tags.

I'll do this first, merging the two tags together.

rename monika_weisswind_(swimsuit)_(granblue_fantasy) -> monika_weisswind_(summer)_(granblue_fantasy)

And the second, renaming to "summer", while keeping the qualifier, since it could be confused for a Princess Connect! skin (that doesn't exist).

There doesn't seem to be "new year" costumes for Granblue Fantasy, so maaaybe it's fine to leave the qualifers out...
