エアプメンテ = Airp(layer)-mente. Used to refer to a derpy chibi fan-version of Duramente who goes around acting as an absolute gremlin while spouting off "dura" and "mente" as her verbal tics.

The "air player" here means "pretend player/fan", like the air in "air guitar". Originally "airp" is used as a derogatory term refer to people who are fans or players of a game or sports or series who never actually played the game/sport, or or watched the anime series, or read the manga, and so on.

Later "airp" + "shortened version of a character name" is used to a flanderized version of a character, as though as it's based on an air player's initial impression of that franchise. (from memes, usually.)
