The unified German military forces from 1935 to 1946 (World War II era), including the Heer (Army), Luftwaffe (Air Force) and Kriegsmarine (Navy). However for tagging purpose, this mainly refers to the land forces.

Separate from the Waffen-SS, the paramilitary branch of the Nazi Party.

The aesthetics of Wehrmacht military uniforms influenced various fictional military factions such as the Galactic Empire from Star Wars, the Protect Gear armor from Kerberos Saga, and the Zanscare, Zeon, and Neo Zeon in Gundam.
