Supporting character in Gundam ZZ, she is the Neo Zeon clone and/or twin sister of Elpeo Puru. Voiced by the late Honda Chieko. Piloted the Psycho Gundam Mk II, her own custom Qubeley Mk-II (in red), and finally the very powerful Quin Mantha.
