Felicita is a part of the eponymous vigilante group Arcana Famiglia, which is structured like a mafia and has that hierarchy, and is the daughter of Mondo who is the boss at the beginning of the game.
Felicita is the only character in the game so far to have two Arcanas, the Amanti and the La Ruota Della Fortuna.
Felicita is almost always seen wearing a skirt suit with an underbust belt, complemented with thigh-high socks, a white belt on the left legs, and black high heel knee boots. Her combat style prioritizes the usage of daggers and kicks.
