He uses Enkidu's body throughout the Babylonia Singularity in Fate/Grand Order, but his personality is markedly different from the original Enkidu's. The only visual difference between Kingu and the regular Enkidu is Kingu's purple eyes, as opposed to Enkidu's green eyes. And despite retaining the same androgynous appearance and body as Enkidu, Kingu considers himself male and is referred to as such by himself and others.
