An onomatopoeia for jealousy coined by Touhou fanartists, named for the youkai of jealousy, Mizuhashi Parsee (パルスィ). Usually appears as sound effects around someone who feels jealous.
The adjective form パルい (parui) meaning "jealous" also counts for this tag, but this is less common.
