Seventeenth game of the Touhou series, twelfth in the Windows generation, and fifth spinoff, as well as the second spinoff based on the mainstream danmaku format. Also known as "Touhou 12.5", released 14 March 2010 at Reitaisai 7.
The game marks the return of Shameimaru Aya on another round of picture-taking escapades, this time covering various characters from Mountain of Faith to Undefined Fantastic Object, including recurring protagonists Hakurei Reimu and Kirisame Marisa, as well as characters introduced in the fighting spinoffs: Ibuki Suika, Nagae Iku and Hinanawi Tenshi - but now with competition in the form of a rival journalist.
