Traditional youkai #351 in Youkai Watch 2. His name is a combination of fuyuurei (浮遊霊) "wandering ghost" (the opposite of Jibanyan) and nyan "meow".

Accompanies Keizou (in the movie, and in the game when playing as Keita) or Fumiaki (when playing as Fumi-chan).
