Haskap, or blue honeysuckle, are all common names for the Lonicera caerulea, a shrub growing in northern regions, and by extension, it's berries, which are blue and oblong, their taste being similar to blueberries.
The fruit is heavily associated with the prefecture of Hokkaido as it grows natively there.
