Supporting character in Resident Evil 4.

A mysterious Spaniard who meets Leon S. Kennedy and Ashley Graham after they get infected by Las Plagas and tries to help them find a cure and escape. He also used to work under Osmund Saddler but eventually tries to sabotage him to prevent him from attaining world domination

In the original game, Luis' appearance consists of a brown patterned waistcoat, dirty white dress shirt, brown pants and long hair, while in the remake, he wears a brown patterned dress shirt and now has facial hair.

In the remake, his full name is Luis Sera Navarro and was a former Umbrella researcher.
