A form of Japanese comedy involving two people, a Boke (funny man) and a Tsukkomi (straight man), trading rapid-fire jokes. The boke often mispronounces words or forgets what to say, while the tsukkomi often sets their partner straight with a hit to the head (a harisen is common for this). This form of comedy is often done in the Kansai dialect.
