A Japanese endurance race car that won the overall title at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1991, becoming the first Japanese car and first rotary-engined car to do so. It is still the only rotary-engined car to achieve the feat and was the only Japanese car to have achieved such a result for 27 years, until Toyota won the 2018 and 2019 events with the Toyota TS050 and the 2021 race with the GR010.
