When one or more characters are in a situation, which, depending on the subject or matter at hand, they are being oppressed or treated unfairly in any fashion.
For example: clearly outnumbered in a battle, or, with twin sisters, where one's breast size is much smaller in comparison to the other (bonus points if identical twins) or playing a game against a cheating or extremely superior opponent.
