Well, the AEUG started using Quattro's colors on their later units, which was why Amuro and Emma would use red Rick Dias too. So yeah, there's no guarantee.
You hate those (00's) designs more than Seed? I'm asking as an admirer of certain things in 00 (not so much the suits, barely remember any of them), knowing nothing of Seed other than the ire it's earned in the community.
