You've completely misunderstood the depicted situation. He has the exact numbers because she TELLS them to him one panel earlier. He and everyone else just think she's also talking about her blood pressure. Only she knows what the numbers really indicate, but she thinks everyone else does too.

(Side note: If the numbers revealed by the guys are typical, I'd think they'd be candidates for hypertension. Conversely, if Kouhai-chan's numbers were blood pressure, I'd think she'd be verging on hypotension.)

From the lines on their faces, it's clear they're intended to be middle-aged at the youngest, which is about when hypertension becomes an increasing natural condition to develop, especially if you don't have a healthy lifestyle (which salarymen rarely do).
