Maybe I'm overthinking but... when in Fate Stay Night They meet Ilya shouldn't Saber recognize her? If I'm not wrong Saber is the only Servant who doesn't forget the Grail War she fought because She's... quite different from other servant But She doesn't look like knowing her. Maybe I'm wrong?

Actually, supposedly she had seen Ilya (or otherwise knew Iri had a daughter) but wasn't aware of her name, and thought there was no way the girl she met in the fifth war could be Irisviel's daughter... after all, it had been ten years, and Iri's daughter would already be an adult who looked older than Saber by that time. Of course, Saber wasn't aware that Ilya's nature as half-homunculus caused her to stop aging before hitting puberty. She just assumed that Ilya was a different, younger homunculus created by the Einzbern.
