This artist was fond of drawing male Kaguya and Mokou, apparently. And then there's a genderswap tag added by the artist himself/herself I think....

This is a genderswap. Kaguya's hairstyle helps that fact since only men wore kind of style, not to mention pants and boots. Just trust the genderswap tag.
