Someone did tell me Blatantly sexually suggestive situations are Q at minimum even for suggestive fluid in comedic setting so this field is still a bit hard for me to decide.

Yes for implied sex. Don't know what type of sex so probably not implied penetration (oral can also apply).

Not too sure about how to rate.

It's Q. It's heavily implied that sex is occurring based on Aoba's reaction, but we don't actually see anything so E would be too high.

Also, oral wouldn't apply here. There is no evidence of it in the image.

Ah, I meant there's enough evidence for the implied sex tag but not the implied penetration tag. Of course, there's also not enough evidence for the implied cunnilingus tag.
