I’ve got something a bit different to share this time. Along with the Galbrena artwork I drew the other day, I also made a short 6-second animation of her doing the iconic NIKKE pose, using AI

Honestly… it still blows my mind how far AI animation has come. It can take around 20 tries to get something that actually looks good, but every now and then, you get a result that’s almost perfect maybe a tiny detail off here or there, but overall it’s pretty wild to see a still illustration come to life like that. I thought it’d be fun to share that lucky gacha roll with you guys.

Just to be clear though, I don’t support using AI to draw, nor do I encourage it. For me, it’s more of a tool for fun experiments or transformative stuff rather than replacing actual art. Kinda like that scene in Lord of the Rings where Saruman tempts Gandalf with the Palantír.
A powerful artifact, but not something you just mess around with lightly.

On the game side, I’ve been super into Wuthering Waves lately!

You can really feel how much heart the devs put into the storytelling, it’s rare to see that level of immersion these days. Galbrena’s also been such a fun character to play, and she’s quickly become one of my favorites. I might even draw one more piece of her before I move on to other projects.
