It's a parody scene from the 1993 Mel Brooks movie, Robin Hood: Men in Tights where Robin Hood (played by Cary Elwes) is making fun of the 1991 movie, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves since that movie's Robin doesn't speak with an English accent as he was played by Kevin Costner, who just stick with his American accent.
