I think the granede pin is in reference to a start off story when Loid basiclly propose to her and gives her a grenade pin as an engagement ring.
As We look at @khyle. earlier works the Loid is cheating on Yor with fiona and Yor repeatedly have panic/mental attack and deep depression.
From this we can guess what happend, Yor most likely she found out that Loid is cheating on her with Fiona that why drops a plate with spaghetti (it looks good so its implied that she became better cook for her husband [she famously terrible cook whose food poisons anyone who tries it]). That would explain pierced photo, she also have mark on her ring finger like she took off the pin/ring and taking off shoes in japan is apparently common when you go to home and suicade as "going back to home".
Yor here is completely broken and have her depression/panic attack and propably given on life so is now on sale with immediate 50% discount, of course there the questipn how did she make that photo it can be Anya her brother or even the Loid that just don't want her anymore/ came with divorce papers. ...I think I almost preferred my theory that she shoved the grenade in her ass as a "fuck you" to whoever would buy her to abuse her. It was slightly less awful than your theory. Also I think you're spot on, I thought it was a chair foot on the photo, but yeah, this is more of these throwing weapons she uses.

I don't know i thought that spaghetti is because easy to draw and hard to confuse and shoes teken off is propably nod to foot fetishists.
But in truth I have no idea he puts so many red herrings and ather things that contradict with each other also some off his works have clear story arc but they not always are in chronological order or are abadond and "redcon".
@khyle is propably doing what he found funny or it suits a meme template but it also confusing because for frieren plot line went from impregnate aura, abuse aura head, frieren loves Jesus to frieren is sexualy frustrated and misses himmel and now she is pregnant and all off that was mixed with each other so I don't know what is real and what have greater story significants or is one off.
