...Is this a case where a hypnosis scenario is getting thrown back at the hypnotist? Because it looks like the would-be hypnotist is either hesitating or Emma is doing her own hypnosis.
(Shoot, Emma is getting hypnotized because she has @_@ eyes, but maybe the hypnotist didn't think this through, because look at the sweat in their hands and the comment.)

It's classified as 'domination-loss' for 'loss of any kind of control, mental or physical over someone'.
Also, something about this picture is kinda...off. Starting from the weird coin dimensions to how the fingers are drawn, but most importantly the hair decoration on Emma's head.
Pretty sure that's supposed to be a simple circle, but how come it has some angularity? Are we sure this ain't another AI-generated image?
Edit: Noticed several other strange flaws.
- shadow from window blinders casts illogical shadows on Emma's head. - dimensions of the bed's headrest is WAAAAAAY off compared to the projection of the beds' frame. - strange 3d object on the right side of the picture (supposed to be a night lamp, but why 3d?) - dark shadow on the leftmost side of the bed, under the covers. Who's sleeping there, missingno?

I think the artist just struggles with backgrounds in general. Most of their art up to this point has been simple backgrounds with simple lighting, so something more complex like the inside of the hotel room would have some very obvious mistakes.
The hair ornament is weird, but her official art (post #9673401) does have some ambiguity to whether or not it has some angularity to it so it'd be reasonable to interpret that it has some edges. The other issue is that the mega stone on her chest and ear details aren't fucked up despite being small details, so at the very least AI generation wasn't used for the character.
For the background, the artist very obviously wanted to draw a hotel bed with the bunches of pillows they usually come with, but has zero clue on perspective so they fucked up the dimensions. It would also explain why they messed up their lighting. It's very trying to go for light coming through a window with blinders, but it shows up at odd angles because the artist has a weaker grasp on perspective and so wouldn't know how to consistently represent it within the scene. I think they started with the character first, then added the background later when they had already finished the character (inconsistent lighting between Emma's body and the rest of the scene), adding some extra lighting effects on her hair and jacket in post. The lamp is supposed to be attached to either the wall or the bedpost, but the dimensions of the bed frame itself is so fucked up that it's kind of hard to tell what the lamp is doing there.
At the very least it might be AI assisted, but a lot of the mistakes seem to be "I had an idea but didn't have the experience/expertise in perspective to properly execute it" errors rather than "I used an AI which is based on pattern recognition and doesn't understand what the fuck a perspective is" errors.

No, she's likely just turned on due to the hypnosis and pov didn't expect it, presumably she's about to pounce him. It's a common trope.
