Why do I torture myself by making the most tedious and complicated shadows possible? Man, this one took uh... two weeks to get right? Like 70% of the work went into getting her stupid straw hat all correct, and I think it still looks bad somehow. (Even as I'm writing this, I went back and retouched the hat a bit. This is never ending. I'll just accept I don't like it and move)

You know what I'm not moving on from? That summer ended a while back. It's bullshit, the temperature is still hot... somewhat... it's going down I guess. I guess this drawing is a farewell to 2025's Northern hemisphere's summer.

So yeah, good year so far I guess.
