*These bells don't make sound within the human hearing range btw, (I know this isn't exactly a lore-focused art but i'll share the bit of lore here, kek). She can, at will, make them ring in a tone that only "spirits" can hear and attract them to her. (She's a scavenger in the D.U.N.E. era of my setting)
