So Liberalio was the 2nd heretic...

Modeled after Anachiro, but deliberately made weaker so in the off-chance she also turns against the Queen, can be easily disposed.
How ironic that she was the only one who remained loyal.

Nihilister believes in "Might makes right", and knows that the Queen's bark don't match her bite.
Indivilia is just Starscream.
