He will be able to not only fire with that thing, but also do so with a perfect skill and knowledge of the weapon. That's how his NP works. And while a mini-gun actually can't physically hurt servants normally (because they are heroic spirits), that change as soon as it's in Berserker's hands, since the bullets would be affected by his NP as well.
