It’s a situation where she’s tied up in a barn and being tickled by animals.
Since the request was in English, I’m not really sure what kind of circumstances led Kay to end up like this, but I imagined it as some kind of punishment game? Something like that. I wonder if my interpretation was correct...
Tickle play is a situation I’m actually pretty fond of, so drawing this was a lot of fun. ^^
