I've been trying to do that position for a few minutes. It's completely doable, but it's not really comfortable at all for me. If you consider how far Yuka's body is rotated toward Sanae, it's still sorta plausible.

I stared at it for a minute, then started tryin to do it, then realized i had to turn my hands around to see what was wrong. and the fact it's on the wrong side would be mean it's an error, the artist, as far as we are concerned, isn't making characters do awkward positions using positioning off frame without telling us...

Yuuka's holding the water bucket with her right hand, so she has to do it with her left, and the "V Sign" only represent "Peace" or "Victory" if it's done with palm outward, it's not an error.
If the "V Sign" is done with palm inward, it means "Fxxk You", and there's no way Yuuka is doing that to Sanae in this comic

I was also assuming she's using her right hand, but I checked where the thumb is and tried it myself; it's the left hand alright.
