Ones born in tropics climate, as for eternity (unless a nuclear winter happens, or they climbed a mountain high enough) the air would not be cool enough.

There's indoor facilities that's refrigerated cool enough for that to happen actually.

Could remember at least two places, ice show and ice skating rink. Can't remember well if the same thing happened when I got into server room in previous workplace.

But yeah, not everyone in tropical climate could have a chance entering such places.
