This Ling is an imposter. She's missing her iconic dragon scaled arms (as easily seen by her sisters). In her official art, her arms and hands should mainly be black with dark notes of navy blue streaks across it (I've seen some artist interpret that as her wearing gloves... which doesn't make sense if again you look at any of the other dragon siblings....).

Ling does wear gloves, you can see it in her E2 art, and both of her skins prove it because her hands are uncovered, and have the same patterns as her siblings with the primary color being light blue. The dark blue on her arms in her original art are bandages wrapped around the gloves.
