Interestingly, because of Elon's rather diligent efforts to purge Twitter of well being Twitter, a startup has now filed a formal petition with the US Patent and Trademark Office to terminate X's trademarks for "Twitter" and "tweet" as they argue X has abandoned the trademarks.
