Since the pixel-perfect duplicate wiki says the only exception to not tag a pixel-perfect duplicate as so and instead make it the parent is when the first upload of the image is missing a source, and as post #4479968 has no source, then that makes this the parent (just commenting the justification here to cover my ass).
