Pretty sure the kid is the guy in the framed picture in post #6611391, since he has the same bangs, which he also shares with Hungry, hair color, and general expression. I'm unsure if he's meant to be Hungry's father, but he was definitely the baker before her mom had to try and take over and run the shop by herself, due to his presumed death from the illness mentioned in the sign in post #6614532.
