Homunculus's work in this issue of Kairakuten is "Sweet Birdcage", clearly a direct sequel of "Birdcage", the author's old work in the book Hajirai Break.
Thus, the girl on the cover is probably Washimiya Rin. The half Swedish main heroine of that story.
