I don't think Astolfo ever disguised himself or intentionally acted as a girl; it's just coincidence that he looks so much like one. He can't help being beautiful.

the other wiki (IE Wikipedia) refers to our pink haired trap as the son of Otto, King of England, so that makes him at least somewhat english.
