I'm guessing either they were watching something else when Sadako interrupted them; or they were watching THAT video knowing full well that it's scary, but didn't realize that Sadako would jump out of the TV and her doing so startled Wriggle enough that she "accidentally" ripped open Yuuka's blouse.
Either way, Sadako will regret interrupting Wriggle and Yuukarin's "alone time," provided she lives long enough to regret it.
