Okay there's probably a tag for what's going on here: when viewed on Twitter, clicking on the image will load it up with the black background of the full-size image view window thing (/photos/1), and reveal black-haired Okina. I wonder what the right tags for this are.
I have some kurachi mizuki pics waiting to be uploaded also involving black-haired Okina; what is this a reference to? Is there some meme going on about that right now?

Excellent, thanks! Now I'm just wondering why she doesn't dye it black again? Or is it more of a social "it's been so long no one will recognize me" thing? But eh, wouldn't be surprised if that wasn't answered. Anyway added the Pixiv tag to that tag's wiki page.
