As funny (or horrific) this picture could be, it might also be just Espurr lifting old unexploded bomb via psychokinesis for fun. The tail fins on drop bombs does one thing and one thing only: guiding them to fall on a parabolic curve trigger-side down. Looking as the bomb's position still mostly horizontal, if it's not that first scenario I mentioned earlier this might be some kind of suicide run where the bomber plane ran low near the ground to avoid anti-air artillery only to climb at last second after dropping the payload.
