What games have that sort of interface?

Most MMORPGs i've seen i do, but one that immediatly comes to mind for buff icons that get that big is World of Warcraft and Final fantasy(all of them).

it's definitely not Final Fantasy 14 since the spaghetti code would break itself in half over trying to have that many effects on one character
