This 18" x 24" piece is inspired by the dogfight between ace pilots Max Jenius and Milia Fallyna, as seen in the 1984 theatrical release Macross: Do You Remember Love?. As with previous entries in the "Welcome to the Circus" series, Max, in his VF-1S Valkyrie, is dodging an Itano Circus of missiles, highlighting his piloting prowess. Primarily watercolor, ink pen was used for line work on the mecha itself, and white pain pen for highlights, water droplets, and more.
