While it's a nice gesture. for this particular subject though, it probably would be even more of a spoiler if she DIDNT have an ero scene. This is a dating sim we're talking about here.

The ending left me feeling very emotional and gooey. And I would have liked to see more such as the conversations they would have to bring Lilly up to speed

Hisao: Hey, Hanako.
(She turns.)
Hanako: Hi... Hisao? (He smiles. She breaks off running.) HISAO!!! (She embraces him.) Kiss me again! Kiss me again! N... nevermind, I'll do it!
(Kisses him.)

(Went out, drink too much)
Hanako: HISAO! HUG! *shake hand around* HUGGG! YAYYY!

Everytime I see this picture I go YAAAAY. ;A;

One of the very few video game endings that had me teary-eye. In fact, only other one that can come close is MGS3 and Fire Emblem 4's good end.

On the KS forums there is a rather long fan fic epilogue for Hanako. It is so well written, and keeps the characters personality/behaviors so well intact, that it might as well be canon. I'm not sure about Danbooru's rules to posting outside links, but the title of the fan fic is "Sisterhood". You should be able to find it with minimal googling.
