Urara's entry on Pixiv Encyclopedia states that the delinquent that saved her might be Ayame Sachiko shown from the back, but I don't know if this was ever confirmed. What is known (as explained in her profile on the official website) is that the delinquent became an idol later on, which inspired Urara to become one as well so they could meet again.
